Resume To Go

My name is impossible to pronounce.

I’m a female web developer currently working for a super duper broadcasting company in London.

English is not my first language.

Five years ago, I was breaking the interwebs in Romania. Everybody could say my name there.

In five years, I see myself still having to answer the where-do-you-see-yourself-in-five-years question.

Yes, most programmers I know are strange and interesting creatures. That’s pretty much why I’ve started this blog.

  1. Your English is as good as if it were your first language. In fact it’s better than many who have it as a first language. I read a lot of blogs. It’s nice to read something well written, and with some basic command of spelling and punctuation. Plus what you write is engaging and feels real. I’ve had a lovely time trolling around here 🙂
Thanks for following our blog. I hope you enjoy the stories of our journey, both inner and outer.
    Cheers, Alison
PS Been to London several times, lived there for a while way back when. Romania is on the list 🙂 Being only a visitor I might not find it quite as god-forsaken as you.

  2. Well, you went and done it. You went and followed Uncle Bardie’s Stories & Such. You are now one of Uncle Bardie’s Band of Merry Followers. Just so you know, Uncle Bardie’s a hoot, and he’s got quite a few whoppers in his bag of stories. Some funny, some not so funny. But all told for your entertainment. Thank you for following his blog.

  3. London Geek, so pleased to meet you and thank you so much for the follow on my blog – greatly appreciated and you are warmly welcomed aboard. Your english is most excellent. Let me take a tour of the site – as a web developer I bet it is pretty nifty….MM 🍀
